Privacy Policy

Journal Keepers stores the name, email address, consent, selected interests, spoiler preference, confirmation status, and relevant email-delivery status needed to provide requested messages and access.

When protected Journal access is used, we record code issuance and status, successful and failed unlock attempts, protected entries opened, downloads, and access times. This supports account access, engagement understanding, and misuse prevention.

We do not sell subscriber data. We do not collect precise location, advertising identifiers, or unrelated browsing activity. Abuse prevention may use a shortened cryptographic representation of network information and a broad device category.

Every Journal Keeper email provides preferences and unsubscribe options. Members may request deletion or anonymization by replying to an author email. Unsubscribing may or may not revoke protected access depending on the configured Journal Keepers policy.

Protected Journal content is delivered only after authorization and is not stored as a normal public website file.
